- 2x/Week: Monday and Wednesday
- 28 Hours of On Ice Training
- 21 Hours of Off Ice Training and Hockey Specific Conditioning
On-ice: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Off-ice: 12:30pm – 2:00 pm
This program is meant for players who want to evolve and take their game to the next level. Our small group training creates a small and intimate environment to ensure maximum growth of our players. The 7 week program is designed with a progressive approach. Focusing on building skill foundations and blending acquired skills together to create the complete hockey player. This training will develop skills such as:
- Evasive Skating Moves
Weight Shift Development
Manipulation/ Deception
Create time and space - Stride Development
Crossover and Transitional Development - Forward/ Backward Edge Control
