7 Week Forward Training


7/8- 8/21 (20 Player MAX)

  • 2x/Week: Monday and Wednesday
  • 28 Hours of On Ice Training
  • 21 Hours of Off Ice Training and Hockey Specific Conditioning

On-ice:  10:00am – 12:00pm
Off-ice: 12:30pm – 2:00 pm

This program is meant for players who want to evolve and take their game to the next level. Our small group training creates a small and intimate environment to ensure maximum growth of our players. The 7 week program is designed with a progressive approach. Focusing on building skill foundations and blending acquired skills together to create the complete hockey player. This training will develop skills such as:

  1. Evasive Skating Moves
    Weight Shift Development
    Manipulation/ Deception
    Create time and space
  2. Stride Development
    Crossover and Transitional Development
  3. Forward/ Backward Edge Control
  4. Underhandling Progressions
  5. Toe Control
  6. Battle Concepts
    Board play
    Body Control/ Checking
    Stick Checks
    2nd and 3rd effort
